Convenient location near Nippori station, shops, and dining. Smooth check-in and quiet rooms for a good night's sleep. Nice public bath facilities. Excellent quality, new and spacious rooms at a great price. Highly booked, so book early. Comfortable beds, individually controlled AC, and sound insulation. Clean bathroom and modest but enjoyable onsen. Staff helpful and accommodating. Hygienic breakfast with a wide variety of food options. Perfect location for exploring Tokyo.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being just a short walk away from the train station, perfect for catching a train to Narita airport. The convenience of having restaurants and a convenience store nearby is great. The rooms are comfortable and larger than the average Tokyo standard, with enough space to place a suitcase by the foot of the bed. The sento on the third floor provides a wonderful bathing experience.
The cleaning service on the second day was less than satisfactory, with garbage not being thrown away and the hair dryer not being placed in its proper spot.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the smooth check-in process to the quiet room that allowed me to sleep well, everything was great. The staff were very polite and nice, ensuring a pleasant experience. The location was also ideal, as it was less than a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it convenient for transportation. the hotel had fast internet connection, a plus. Lastly, the breakfast provided a wide range of food options and had good hygiene measures in place.
